Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller is Techno Rave, contact info@technorave.sk.

2. Purpose

• registration for Techno Rave (13 June 2026),
• sending confirmation with QR code for discount redemption,
• priority entry at capacity,
• optionally — future event info (with consent only).

3. Legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest in QR security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data

First and last name, email address, IP address (audit), consent timestamps, QR redemption status.

5. Retention

30 days after the event, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent. Complaints: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

7. Photo / video

Photography and video recording may take place at the event for Techno Rave documentation and promotional purposes (mainly social media and website).
